Whilst ERO Dance Company takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during class or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio. You, the parent/guardian are responsible for ensuring that your child is physically and medically fit for class. Terms & Conditions *

*I agree to the following Terms & Conditions: • All Term Fees are due 2 weeks after invoices are sent • Late Fees apply to invoices that are not paid by their due date • Term Fees are based on enrolment in class and not on attendance • Discounts are not given if students go away on holidays or miss classes • Term fees are non-refundable if a student decides to leave mid-term • ERO Dance Company does not operate on public holidays or school holidays (these classes are not refunded) • I understand that I am required to notify ERO Dance Company if my child will be absent from class or is going away on a holiday • No parents are permitted to watch classes unless invited by the teacher • I understand that all choreography and dances remain as the intellectual property of ERO Dance Company and cannot be used outside the studio without permission • I understand that I need to notify ERO Dance Company if my child will be away for the annual Concert by the end of Term 2 to avoid Concert costume costs • I understand that I am liable to pay for all Concert costumes for my child • ERO Dance Company has the right to discontinue enrolment due to misconduct • I understand that photographs and videos may be taken of my child for advertising purposes, and Website & Social Media opportunities • Whilst ERO Dance Company takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during class or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio • The parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that their child is physically and medically fit for class.
