  • Yes. We encourage Kiss & Drop when dropping off your dancer/s. It is each ERO Parent/Carers responsibility to ensure that their ERO dancer exits the vehicle and enters the studio safely. Please drop directly at the door and then continue driving

  • We encourage you to use on street parking (Vuko Place) or McDonald’s carpark parking which is located directly next to the premises. ERO only has a certain number of allocated 5 minute car spaces out the front of the premises available. Please be very mindful of this.

  •  For drop off and pick up, there is a waiting area at the bottom of the stairs for Parents/Carers who do not wish to walk up the stairs, and there is a waiting area at the end of the hallway at the top of the stairs too. These waiting areas are also available to our ERO students who wait in between their class/es.

  • There are two waiting areas onsite for Parents/Carers, however, we encourage Parents/Carers to drop and go, and arrive back for pick-up in these waiting areas at conclusion of their dancer/s class/es. These waitingareas are also available to our ERO students who wait in between their class/es.

  • ERO Merchandise is purchased online through our website. Please visit www.erodanceco.com, and click ‘Shop’. Other dance items can be purchased from BLOCH or Spangles. We also have a closed ERO Secondhand Facebook group designed to resell ERO dancewear. Please get in touch for the direct link to access.

  • For children in the Pre-Primary age group and older, the ERO Uniform is compulsory and an important part of dance practise.

    For Trial Lessons, your dancers may wear anything they can comfortably and safely move in.

  • We do have some changing facilities for our ERO dancers to use to get changed, however, we encourage and appreciate our dancers arriving dressed in their ERO Uniform, ready for their dance class/es.

  • No, however, we need to be notified in writing by the end of Term 2 prior to Showcase costuming, photography and filming being organised to avoid additional Fees.

  • At the end of the year, for our Showcase @ Glen Street Theatre, there is a compulsory $45 filming and

    Showcase participation Fee per ERO Family. You will receive full access to the professional videography

    footage following Showcase via a downloadable link (excluding Acro I, Acro II, Kicks/Turns & Jumps, Open Ballet & Dance Technique Classes). These classes do NOT learn a Showcase routine.

    Costuming Fees range in price from $25 - $110 per class (excluding Acro I, Acro II, Kicks/Turns & Jumps, Open Ballet & Dance Technique Classes). Some class costumes are hired, and some are purchased. This will be clearly communicated to you closer to the time.

    RAD Ballet Exam students and Performance Team students are required to pay an Entry Fee. These Fees vary, depending on the Ballet Grade and/or the Eisteddfod. Please get in touch with us directly for a more accurate indication of these Fees.
